  When the Feature Pack for SCA is co-installed with the Feature
  Pack for OSGi Applications and JPA 2.0 implementation.osgiapp
  SCA compositions units (CU) are supported.
  
  If an implementation.osgiapp SCA CU is being added to a BLA
  that contains a JEE CU, the following error will be thrown
  because the logical representation of a JEE CU differs from
  other assets.

  The following scenario exposes the problem described in this
  APAR:
  1) Import a JEE asset, OSGi asset and an
  implementation.osgiapp SCA asset.
  2) Save configuration changes.
  3) Create a new BLA
  4) Add the JEE asset to the BLA.
  5) Add the OSGi asset to the BLA.
  6) Add the implementation.osgi SCA asset to the BLA.
  

Problem conclusion

• The Feature Pack for SCA was changed to handle JEE assets
  co-located with implemention.osgiapp SCA assets during
  deployment.
