Error description
Problem Summary: Creating draft using remote action URL, if user doesnt have edit access to the draft, draft not opened. Problem Description: Creating draft using remote action URL, if user doesnt have edit access to the draft, draft not opened. The UI will display an error message, which is correct, but the item is not opened at all. Item should be opened in read access if the user has read access. Also, if using remote URL like this in rendering portlet, the success message for when the draft was created was not being displayed, even though the draft was indeed created. This APAR addresses that issue.
