  An IndexOutOfBoundsException occurs when trying to use SDO
  Path syntax with a position predicate to set an item in a
  many-valued property if the index exceeds the current size of
  the list. BO/E allowed growing the list by 1 item to allow
  population of many-valued properties via this syntax.
  

Problem conclusion

• It is now permitted to use SDO Path syntax to increase the
  number of items in a many-valued property by 1 in BO-mode.

  Feature Pack for Service Component Architecture (SCA) Refresh
