Error description
If an admin user renders the component, then the delete link will be visible. If a user without delete access was to then render the same content on the same browser, the delete will still show. The browser cache must be cleared in order for the delete link to no longer be visible. And vice versa.
Local fix
Problem summary
The authoring tool component didn't include the current user in the response key to identify the rendered output differently for each user.
Problem conclusion
The authoring tool component will now render differently for different users and profiles.
