  Problem Description:
   DB2 SQL translator is running out of space on SYSCIN
  
  Problem Summation
   DSNHPC SQL translator has a bug. It goes into a LOOP while
   writing to SYSCIN.
  
  Problem Conclusion:
   DB2 APAR # PK97341 for FMID HDB9910T corrects the problem.
   However, this IMU customer's DB2 system is not up to date,
   making it difficult to apply the DB2 APAR.
  
   Therefore, a work-around  fix was made to FSYTPA00 to make POC
   possible.
  
  Note:
   The customer  is Handelsbanken bank in Sweden. Fix is
   needed for POC.
