  WebSphere Process Server overrides SDO's
  ChangeSummaryElementExt.isNOOPChange()
  to return true always. Once that happens,
  ChangeSummary.getOldValue() returns the incorrect result.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem was determined to be that the internal NOOP flag
  was not handled properly which would make the ChangeSummary
  record the wrong change details then return the wrong result.
