APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When the AgentManager sends work to partitions, they are
  dispatched serially.  This APAR requests to have WebSphere
  eXtreme Scale send them out concurrently to increase throughput
  when using the AgentManager function. Additionally when using
  PER_CONTAINER placement strategy, the AgentManager function
  did not spray to all known partitions.

Problem conclusion

• A future cumulative fix will correct the problem for
  WebSphere eXtreme Scale Versions 6.1.0.5 and 7.0.
