Error description

• During lazy traversal of a document, regions of data can be
  skipped.  If those regions end exactly at a buffer boundary, a
  fatal error is thrown once we read that entire skipped data.

Problem conclusion

• We now properly process skipped subtrees that end at a buffer
  boundary and no longer throw any fatal errors once that data
  is revisited.
  
  This APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in the Feature
