Problem conclusion

• This fix will ensures no FFDC is generated in scenarios where
  the error is expected.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fixpack 1.0.0.1 of the Feature Pack for OSGi Applications and
  JPA 2.0
