• CWSAL0022E exception reported when attempting to add
  enterprise bundle archive (EBA) assets to a business-level
  application (BLA).

  *                      CWSAL0022E: Cannot add                  *
  *                      asset because bundles that it           *
  *                      requires are not downloaded.            *

  If the EBA assets are imported without saving the
  configuration and then the assets are added to a BLA then the
  following exception is seen in the log:
  
  CWSAL0022E: Cannot add asset xxx.eba
  because bundles that it requires are not downloaded.
  

Problem conclusion

• The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fixpack 1.0.0.1 of the Feature Pack for OSGi Applications and
  JPA 2.0
