PM16993: able to attempt to change the default value of a multivalued att r in shareable edit mode

Error description

• Problem
  With an enumerated attribute configured to be multivalued with a
   default value you can attempt to edit in the attributes dialog
  box while in edit shareable mode. The list of options for defaul
  t value should be greyed out.
  
  To Reproduce
  
  - Create  an Enumerated , Multi - valued attribute in a module.
  - Set the Default value to one or more of the Enumerations.
  - Save and Open the Module in Shareable edit mode.
  - Try to change the Default value of the Enumerated Attribute.
  
  Error:
  
  'no access to modify attribute 'name''
