  The problem occurs when the application sends an INVITE
  request, followed by another INVITE on the same SIP dialog.
  
  For example:
  
  1. Send INVITE
  2. Receive 200 response to (1)
  3. Send ACK
  4. Send re-INVITE
  5. Receive 200 response to (1)
  
  Note the remote element transmits the same 200 (OK) response
  twice, for the same INVITE request. The re-transmission
  arrives after having sent the re-INVITE. In this case, the
  container fails to re-send the ACK.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem is fixed in the SIP container. With this fix, the
  container re-sends the ACK when it receives a response
  retransmission, even if there is a re-INVITE in between.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 1.0.0.7 for the Feature Pack for Communications
  Enabled Applications. Please refer to the Recommended Updates
