A required property used to display the Servlet cache instance
page is missing and causes a JspException:
Error Message: javax.servlet.jsp.JspException: No getter
method for property serverLevel of bean
com.ibm.ws.console.dynacache.ServletCacheInstanceDetailForm

A secondary problem, encountered only for users with WebSphere
eXtreme Scale installed, is that selecting the WebSphere
eXtreme Scale cache provider on the Dynamic cache or Object
cache instance pages does not hide unnecessary fields
on the page.

Problem conclusion

Code has been corrected to properly handle the creation of a
Servlet cache instance.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.13.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
