Problem conclusion
Optimizing a loop exit and caching an intermediate value result in reduced application startup time. APAR PM15974 is currently targeted for inclusion in Service Level (Fix Pack) 1.0.1.7 of WebSphere Application Server v7 Feature Pack for Service Component Architecture (SCA).
