Error description

• If a dynamic context that has external functions bound is reused
  for multiple executions, an invalid warning may be issued that
  the external functions have already been registered and that
  they will be overwritten by the new binding.

Problem conclusion

• The processor has been fixed to no longer produce the
  incorrect warning message.
