Error description

Customer on WebSphere 7.0.0.7 created a Web server
definition then immeditely when to  Servers-> Web
server-> webserver1 -> Plugin Properties  and Clicked
"Manage Plugin keys and certificates.
The result was a redisplay of the Web server detail panel
NOT a display of the Key store Certitficate and keys.

Problem was traced to used of Variable "Config_Root"
rather than using the  variable USER_INSTALL_ROOT..

Local fix

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Plugin's "Manage keys and               *
*                      certificates" button will not work if   *
*                      a keystore location is not configured   *
*                      with $[CONFIG_ROOT].                    *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
If a keystore was created using some location identifier other
than $[CONFIG_ROOT], the "Manage Keys and Certificates" button
will not work.  When attempted, it will switch the screen back
to the initial web server panel for the web server chosen.

Problem conclusion

The underlying application was corrected to handle location
identifiers other than $[CONFIG_ROOT].

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 6.1.0.33 & 7.0.0.13.  Please refer to the Recommended
