Error description

WebSphere Application Server web server plugin will not work
with SSL installed outside the default path except when the
web server being used is IBM HTTP Server.

The webserver plugin component was using the incorrect path
structure on 64-bit operating systems and therefore would fail
to load the security libraries necessary for SSL protocol.

Problem conclusion

Code was modified to use the correct path.

IMPORTANT: This fix will not always resolve the problem for
Microsoft Windows operating system users. In order for plugins
to set the correct environment on Microsoft Windows, it must
use a new API and the WebSphere environment is setup to allow
that API to be used. Windows users who experience this problem
should either set their PATH environment variable to include
the directory which contains gsk7ssl.dll or gsk7ssl_64.dll OR
start their web server from a script and set this environment
variable in the script before starting the web server. IBM
HTTP Server users will not have a problem because IBM HTTP
Server sets this environment variable when it is started.

Fix is targeted for 7.0.0.13
