Error description

  • Portal framework is prematurely calling processTag before the
    business card loads on the page.  This results in timeout on
    business card when going over slow connections, especially when
    SSL is involved.
    
    
    Steps to reproduce:
    1. Login Quickr UI
    2. Create many places with different templates
    3. Hover over the people link in Place Center, Library etc.
    

Local fix

  • Access system over faster connection and/or over a non-SSL port.

    with Portal.It's requests time out on slow connections."
