Error description

• The impersonation of a user causes WebSphere Application
  Server (WAS) session error messages after applying PM11066:

  SessionContext.getIHttpSession: id "" failed length check
  against 27
  
  A empty session cookie can be seen when debugging with a HTTP
  traffic analyzer.

Problem summary

Problem conclusion

• Fixed the cookie invalidation to not only set an empty value,
  but delete the cookie completely.
