APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Only a manager can access an application.  Other roles should
    be able to access the application as well.
    The problem was caused by an access right issue in the
    LockedApplicationPreprocessor. When the code checks if an
    application is locked it also updates the last access
    timestamp.
    This caused a problem when the user does not have sufficient
    privileges to do so. The code got adjusted to allow an update
    of
    the timestamp.

Problem summary
