Error description

The error provided when a SSL Handshake error occurs when a
server is acting as a client tells the user what need to be done
 but it has been found users don't know how to do it.  So a ad
ditional message to give that datail will be provided.

Problem conclusion

Provide a more detailed message to let users know what to do
when they get a SSL handshake error when their WebSphere
Application Server is running as a client.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 6.1.0.33 and 7.1.0.13.  Please refer to the
