  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • This is a follow on PM12219 that addresses
    this issue for migration.  However, there is another code path
    that
    was not covered by this apar.
    PM13197 fixes the issue also for the backup and restore code
    path:
    The restore operation is now being performed with the owner of
    the restored application so that resources are created in the
    correct user context.
    

Local fix

Problem summary
