Permissions problems applyPerfTuningTemplate.py on i-series.

The problem was with the Logfile creation, while running the
performance tuning script, for which the permission issue
occurred.

Exception details:
WASX7017E: Exception received while running file
"/QIBM/ProdData/WebSphere/AppServer/V7/ND/scriptLibraries/perfTu
ning/V70/applyPerfTuningTemplate.py"; exception information:
com.ibm.websphere.management.cmdframework.CommandValidationExcep
tion
java.io.IOException: java.io.IOException: The file access
permissions do not allow the specified action.

Problem conclusion

Logfile will be available in the logs directory, so that the
restriction over creation will not be seen.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.11.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
