    *                      Debugging Service is enabled.           *

    If a custom tag file contains only template text (for example,
    plain text or HTML tags) the following exception will occur
    while generating the Java code for the tag file:

    This exception only occurs if the Debugging Service is enabled
    as the problem occurs when the JavaServer Pages (JSP)
    Container is building the source map (SMAP) file to use for
    debugging.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The JSP Container was modified to correctly handle tag files
    which contain only template text when the debugging service is
    enabled.
    
    The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
    fix packs 6.1.0.33 and 7.0.0.13.  Please refer to the
