Error description

• Detailed Action Taken/Reproduction Scenario:
  1. Install WAS and Install Portal.
          2. click Applications->Content->Personalization->
             Personalized list->Select a Rule,Content Spot or
  Resource Collection.
          3. Click Workspace and  New a Folder or the Resource
  Collection ,then save.
  
  Expected Results:
           - Browsing Workspace Tree should list the new folder or
  the new Resource Collection
  
  Actual Results:
    - Browsing Workspace Tree doesn't list.
  

Local fix

• refresh screen to see new pzn elements.
  

Problem summary

• After creating new folder or resource collection, browsing
  workspace tree doesn't show updates immediately.
