Comments

• Problem is caused by the fact that any time CP is closed
  for example due to backup or for a new CP generation,
  the LSR buffer pool is deleted and reallocated.
  The buffer pool allocation is made by means of
  a GETMAIN and the required amount of storage
  is expected to be contiguous. In case of storage
  fragmentation, the allocated buffer pool can be
  smaller than expected.
