Error description

• CREATE INDEX on a simple tablespace issued abend04E rc00C90101
  DSNIPTYM erqual2001 ( 2001 )
  A two-byte variable for part number is incorrect.
  Only the first byte is set to zero when the part number should
  be zero.
  The problem is introduced by PK85985.
  

Local fix

• Retry CREATE INDEX could be successful.

  In the operation of checking whether a table or a partition is
  empty, as in this user's CREATE INDEX operation, the compiler
  did not generate the correct machine code to clear the 2-byte
  input parameter. Which resulted with incorrect OBID to be passed
  along to the checking routine.
