Error description

  • Lock status of a composite application is kept after restoring
    an unlocked backup.
    
    After restoring an application which is in locked status, the
    restored application is
    always locked, even if the application was in unlocked status
    when the backup
    was created. As the lock status is part of application metadata
    information, the restoration should recover all the status,
    include lock
    flag, which is stored in backup version.
    
    Steps to reproduce:
    1. Create an application
    2. Select the application and ensure it isn't locked.
    3. Make a backup for the application .
    4. After backup is done, lock the application
    5. Restore the application with the backup version just created
    Expected:
    *The application is successfully restored.
    *The application 's status is NOT locked.
    Problem:
    *The application is locked.
    
    This APAR changes the restore process to correctly set the lock
    state of backup.
