  After applying APAR PK95593 (PTF UK55354) the PERFORM_XML_PARSE
  call to DFHPICC, made by DFHRLPM during bundle install
  processing, fails with messages:
  DFHPI0002 A severe error (code X'0F3C') has occurred in module
  DFHPICC and DFHRL0002 A severe error (code X'022E') has occurred
  in module DFHRLPM.
