PM11613: QUICKR: REFERENCE LINKS TO/FROM QUICKR WIKI PAGES ARE NOT GENERATED

Error description

• 1. Using the admin account, create a Wiki place using the Team
  Wiki template.
  2. Create a new page named "Page 1" and after saving click Show
  link and select and copy the link.
  3. Create another page named "Page 2" and paste the link from
  Page 1 into the RTE of Page 2 and save the page.
  4. One Page 2, you should now be able to select the "Links from
  this page tab and display a link to Page 1, but no link is
  displayed.
  
  The POC URL format has changed in 615 and hence WCM is unable to
  parse the pasted URL.
