Problem conclusion

• The Interim Fix has been corrected to include the necessary
  prerequisite, the interim fix for APAR PK97186. The change for
  APAR PM01518 which is included in fixpack 7.0.0.9 is correct
  and this issues applies only to the Interim Fix
