Error description
A portal page is rendered with the standard IBM Web 2.0 theme (and the IBM skin). A portlet is added to the page that renders it's own drag / drop markup (within the portlet body) using the <dnd:drop/> and <dnd:drag/> tags, the drag and drop of portlets no longer works properly (the pointer changes icon but the portlet cannot be dragged). The drag and drop functionality within the portlet itself also does not work - items can be dragged but the drop-zone is not functional. There are also occasional popup windows from IE saying that it has run out of memory which might be connected.
