PM10717: CONTENT DOES NOT EXPIRE WHEN ITEM IS UNLOCKED AFTER EXPIRY DATE/TIME.

Error description

  • If a content had been locked when its expiry date/time was
    reached, it does not expire when a user unlocks it. The user has
    to save the content again in order to correct the workflow
    status.
    

Local fix

  • Save the content again.
    

Problem summary

Problem conclusion

  • When a user unlocks an item, any actions which may have run when
    the item was locked are run again.
