  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Add an item to the portlet palette via XMLAccess that includes
an apostrophe (') in the item's uniquename. You will see a
javascript error when you open the portlet palette in the
browser like this "unterminated string constant"

Local fix

  • Do not add an item to the portlet palette that contains an
apostrophe in the uniquename

Problem summary

  • Fixed in WebSphere Portal V6.1.0.4 and 6.1.5.1.

Problem conclusion

  • Fixed in WebSphere Portal V6.1.0.4 and 6.1.5.1.
