When using a program to pass in parameters to DFHCSDUP which
specifies a DDNAME other than DFHCSD for specifying the CSD and
using the INITIALIZE command on DFHCSDUP, DFHCSDUP will be
unable to open the CSD specified because it will not override
the DFHCSD parameter with the alternative specified DDNAME.
