Error description

• When Rational Manual Tester attempts to check out licenses in a
  redundant server set, the license checkout fails with an error.
  
  The following error is in the 'details' pane:
  Plugin IBM Rational Manual Tester is enabled by the following
  installation packages, but there are no license keys available.
    Rational Manual Tester Product Plug-in : Server Feature does
  not Authenticate On Client Side (-510,3046)
  
  When pointed to a single server (not one that is a part of the
  prior triad) the license checkout succeeds.

• Rational Manual Tester 7.0.1 was built using an older, defective
  , release of the Flexnet Publisher Java Application Program Inte
  rface (API). Rational Manual Tester has been superseded by Ratio
  nal Quality Manager. To work around this problem while migrating
   to Rational Quality Manager, configure Rational Quality manager
   to connect to a non-redundant license server.
