Error description

  • The htmlencode attribute is not available for the WCMURLCmpnt
tag, all links generated by this tag are not html encoded.

This fix adds the htmlencode attribute to WCMURLCmpnt tag.
Possible values are true | false. In the absence of this
attribute on the tag, the config value "cmpnt.htmlEncodeURLs"
will be used. If that config value does not exist then the
default is false.
