Error description

• The paging component generates ids that start with numbers for
  page control links, for example:

  The id attribute (id="1268136485015_linkToPage_2") is not
  compliant because ids should not start with numbers as per XHTML
  1.0 specification.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• The paging component uses a random number to ensure uniqueness
  for the page control links between multiple paging components on
  the page.
  

Problem conclusion

• To comply with XHTML 1.0 spec, the id suffix now begins with a
  letter.
