rt.body for both of the 2 content items stored under the
ANONYMOUS
SiteArea should be displayed, ie. the element <Element
context="selected" name="library/site/anonymous/content
anonymous one"
type="content" key="rt.body"/> in ht.bottom should be displayed
as well

Note :
When granting additionally anonymous access for user for
SITE/AUTHENTICATED, then ht.bottom is rendered completely :
