If a JAX-RPC application tries to write cookies
using java serialization, the following error may occur:


Caught Exception while trying to serialize. Stack trace:

It is uncommon for customers to write out the cookie values.

Problem conclusion

The CookieValueList and other related classes were modified to
support java io serialization.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.0.2.43, 6.1.033 and 7.0.0.11.  Please refer to the
