PM08314: DUPLICATE BUTTONS ARE DISPLAYED IN THE EDIT FORM TOOLBAR OF THE WCM AUTHORING PORTLET

Error description

  • If you select a content item in a view and click on "Edit" then
immediately click on another content item link (to open it in
read mode) before the first one opens in "Edit" mode, three rows
of duplicate buttons are displayed in the edit form toolbar of
the WCM authoring portlet.

Local fix

Problem summary


    

  • The current form object is cached in the user's session which
caused the same form to be used by multiple requests to render
out the response.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • Multiple requests from the same user are synchronised so that
they are rendered separately to different form objects.
