    When the SDO API users turn on this option before loading a
    large XML document, this option does not have a performance
    improvement.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The problem was found that this option was not flowing down to
    the internal implementation to take effect. This has been
    corrected.
    
    APAR PM07863 is currently targeted for inclusion in Service
    Level (Fix Pack) 1.0.1.3 of WebSphere Application Server v7
    Feature Pack for Service Component Architecture (SCA) Refresh
