Error description
Summary: dojo.connect calls that don't specify all 4 possible parameters ignored in PortalWeb2 theme after upgrading to 6.1.0.3 Description: Dojo changed the parameters for the dojo.connect method, making some of them optional, in version 1.3 of dojo Summary: Multiple calls for a single portlet's markup result in indeterminate behavior. Description: If a portlet has an existing request active and another request is created for that same portlet (e.g. a user triggers an event in the source portlet 2 times quickly and the target portlet hasn't finished processing the first event), it's not determined which request will end up providing the markup for the portlet. With this fix, we change the request process so that only a single request per portlet is active at a time. If a second request comes in while an existing request is active, the first request is aborted and the second request becomes the active request. We will enable/disable this functionality using a config parameter to ensure we don't break existing customers.
