Error description

• Template import/export service issue: If a template holds a "="
  in its name, the "=" and parts of the template name are lost
  during export/import.
  
  Steps to Reproduce:
  
  If the template's name contains '=', export the template as a
  zip file, then import it, the imported template's name will
  only keep the string before '='.
  
  If a template is like 'test=templ', export it then import the
  zip file, its name becomes 'test'.
