  • During execution of the action-create-scheduler-cleanup-daemon
    task, we see a failure:

    WorkManagerProvider/WorkM
    anagerInfo:SchedulerWorkManager/" not there
    
    due to WorkManager not being located at cluster scope.
    
    New SchedulerCreate.jacl and SchedulerRemove.jacl needed
