  Also, the WCM Personalized cache is enabled on the subscriber
  system.  So, in WCMConnfigService.properties, the property
  connect.businesslogic.defaultcache is set to false and
  connect.moduleconfig.ajpe.contentcache.defaultcontentcache is
  set to Personalized.

  There are no errors apparent in the syndication summary.  The
  content is not displayed on the syndicator system and cannot be
  seen in the authoring portlet.
