  Problem Description:
   DLI is abending for bad SSA argument
  
  Problem Summation
   The IMU RETRIEVE macro creates an SSA string from the user
   supplied information.
  
   If the segment name is not at least 8 characters long, the SSA
   literal is not padded with spaces up to 8 characters as per DLI
   rules.
  
  Problem Conclusion:
   The retrieve macro was changed to pad (with spaces) the segment
   name in the SSA string up to 8 characters.
