APAR status

Error description

• Description: Cannot create Portal Search Scope after upgrade or
  configuring WebSphere Portal 6.1.0.3+6.1.5 feature pack where
  it
  throws null pointer exceptions.
  
  
  Cause:
  
  The issue is not with the scope creation. From the trace it
  seems like there was an issue with creating scope RiverBend and
  when we try to get scopes now we get null pointer exception,
  since scopeElement for this one is null (for some reason),
  maybe they performed migration and something wasn't performed
  properly.
