Error description

  • ABEND0C4 occured using Import utility(Option 3.6) if there is
no TEMPLATE file that is specified.
ABEND0C4 occured in FMN2RMR__F71_UK30434 +X'3286' first and then
ABEND0C1 occured in ESTAE retry routine.

FM/DB2 is erroneously assuming that there is a previous
template.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • When using the FM/DB2 Import Utility for the first time and the
'Template usage' option is set to '2' FM/DB2 will issue the
message 'No previous template or copybook has been used with
this data set.'
