three segements had been duplicated across the last 20
segements of the new template.

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The FM/IMS Template Update Utility      *
*                      (option 4.4) corrupts the segment       *
*                      descriptions stored in templates that   *
*                      have multiple layouts for one or more   *
*                      segment types.                          *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION: Apply the provided PTF.                      *
****************************************************************

problem.
